- Arrange and accompany you on showings, familiarize you with the various neighborhoods pointing out what they have to offer.
- Assist you in securing financing, if needed, and recommend home inspections, among other trustworthy duties.
- Give you his commitment that he'll fully represent you the buyer, not the seller, throughout the entire home-buying process in order to make your experience positive and memorable.
- Be there for you after the sale to assist in changing utility accounts, introduce you to a garden center or an interior designer as whatever may be your needs, or just be there as a friend as your new life in paradise unfolds.
